The Living Room is equipped with TV (with Astra satellite TV for your foreign news), HiFi , sofa, Internet & Wifi 70 Mbts/s and a Chimney with an insert bringing an additional comfort mainly during winter season.	This room of approximately 30m² is gathering the dining room equipped with a large table for 6 to 8 persons.	Fully equipped with dishwasher, refregirator, freezer, cooker, oven , micro wave and all the small equipment as dishes plates and so on to allow you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay without any problem. The washing machine is in storeroom.


That room provides good space to live with 14m² furnished with a king size bed of 1.40m with two bedheads You get a sight on the patio.	The friend's bedroom of 12m², with access to the garden, will give you a sleeping of two size bed of 90cm according to your needs. *A cot (until 18 months) is also available.	The children's bedroom of 11m², with access to the garden, will give you a sleeping of two size bed of 90cm, provide you the space you need.


Down the corridor of 4.4m², the toilet, the bathroom: 3,6m², bath with shower, sink, cupboard.	The terrace and garden (300m²) will allow your stay to the maximum letting you relief, together with the sun.
